Position Title: Laboratory Manager

We’re hiring a Laboratory Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality results in our laboratory. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and expertise in laboratory procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day laboratory activities, including testing and reporting.
- Develop and implement SOPs for consistent operations.
- Supervise staff, provide training, and conduct evaluations.
- Maintain equipment and oversee inventory.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor quality control and assurance programs.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
- ASCP or equivalent certification required.
- Years of experience in clinical laboratory settings, with [X] years in a supervisory role.
